LAZARO SALINAS

Lazaro Salinas has served as Vice President of Operations of INFLECTION POINT since the company's inception in 2003. In this role, he holds full operational responsibility for the company's main development center in Monterrey, Mexico. He built the support methodologies required to continually improve and enforce our Product Development process. He continually works with his team to create a positive environment for the development team. Lazaro has more than 14 years experience in engineering, management, and operations. Prior to launching INFLECTION POINT, Lazaro served as technical leader for Aether Systems, Inc., where he worked in the development of mobile middleware and applications for the financial and logistics industries. Lazaro joined Aether when the company acquired Sinope Systems Inc., which he co-founded and where he served as a technical leader. At Sinope Systems, Lazaro developed complex mobile and wireless applications in multiple platforms. Earlier, Lazaro worked as a senior engineer for Dextra Technologies, where he established the methodologies and best practices that formed the foundation of the company's professional services practice. He also worked as a software engineer for Infosel, SA de CV, an ISP, internet portal, and financial solutions company, which eventually became part of Terra Networks. At Infosel, he developed numerous tools and applications for the financial industry.

Lazaro holds a BS in Electrical Engineering from ITESM, (earned with academic distinction, Mención Honorifica) in Monterrey, Mexico, and a Master of Engineering in Information Systems degree, also from ITESM.
