Our team members Irasema Fernández and Anabel Ruíz took part in the first level of UX-PM Certification by Usaria. Endorsed by UX Alliance and all its affiliated companies, the certification which is divided into three levels helps to understand the entire UX design process, from the adoption to the implementation in any project within an organization.
The gathering for this first level took place in Mexico City, where a group of connoisseurs of the subject could take the first step to form themselves as UX leaders with the advice of María Isabel, Course Instructor, General Director of Usaria and Senior Consultant in User Experience. At the adoption level, the Master guides the processes and her main mission is to mediate learning by creating enriching environments and significant scenarios.
A highlight of this certification is the activities section where our team members developed different exercises of user experiences, playing a leading role in the learning process by thinking, feeling and acting to solve problems and facing challenges faced by the user interaction’s personal experience.
A learning initiative can be extended on several levels because it is developed in successive phases and challenges that connect the direction and meaning for the students.
At Inflection Point, as a company dedicated to develop software solutions, we recognize that taking the first level of this course was of the greatest significance since it will fully help us create an impact in our organization, integrating UX tools and methods, improving the quality of our products and the efficiency of our projects.
We are sure that the first level of this experience was extremely satisfactory and we congratulate Irasema and Anabel for having passed the certification exam of this first level.
Let's pursue the next two levels!
