Women Who Code Panel at WeWork Monterrey.

Women Who Code is a community of technicians formed in 2011 who decided to change the experience for women working in engineering. From day one, it became a global non-profit organization and the world's largest active community dedicated to inspiring women to follow their passion to excel in the path of technology. One city at a time, Women Who Code spreads around the world, reaching more than 20 countries.

Each city has a unique culture and has seen local leaders grow to get where they are today, within the community and within the industry. Last September, as part of the community, Women Who Code MTY created the Women in QA group to have specific events about the QA and Testing domain. A few weeks ago, our QA & Testing Director, Leticia Barceinas, was invited to participate in the first event of this group in which she had the opportunity to share her experience with different pioneers of the digital industry and with guests.

In this event, which was held at WeWork Eugenio Garza Sada, people interested in the world of QA and Testing could hear Leticia speak on the panel of experts that was organized. During the talk, the best tools and methods in today’s industry were discovered, we heard stories and advice from panelists, who navigated within their careers to expose what spectators always wanted to know and never dared to ask about the world of QA and Testing.

Our QA & Testing Director, Leticia, had the opportunity to talk about her areas of interest, the projects she has developed at Inflection Point, the agile culture that has been established in all departments of the company, and the plans she has for the future. After two hours of questions and answers from the organizers and attendees to the panelists, there was a meetup where it was possible to know a little more about each of the speakers.

Thanks to Women Who Code for the great invitation, to WeWork for giving us space, to Leticia for being the Inflection Point representative on this panel, and to all the attendees for their valuable questions and contributions. We are excited to participate in more events like these and create community!
