Preferred Profile: 

  • Bachelor degree in Organizational Psychologist or related
  • +2 years of experience in delivering HR services 
  • Good communication and relationship management skills
  • Ability to remain confident under pressure and work with internal teams collaboratively to address issues
  • Employee relations & compensation experience
  • Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent communication skills: English and Spanish.

Responsibilities:

  • Facilitates employee engagements and people programs activities
  • Support and advice executives on HR policy, ensuring compliance to the company's policies
  • Create and support human capital strategy initiatives as applicable
  • Serve as an escalation point for personnel and employee relations issues and provide guidance and intervention, as needed, to resolve personnel issues
  • Executes activities related to employee life cycle
  • Maintenance and follow up GPTW Certification 
  • Follow up to Employe Databases
  • Innovation and follow up to compensations employee package
  • Leadership of onboarding process; pre joining documentation and inductions
