Job Summary:

At Inflection Point the Software Development Engineer in Test (SDET) is a test-oriented technical role that requires individuals who are creative and innovative to develop test automation frameworks and tools to test software products. This role is responsible for designing, developing, running, and debugging automated test scripts.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the software development team to be able to design and perform continuous testing.
• Build and maintain test automation frameworks for multiple applications like web and mobile.
• Collaborate with the infrastructure team to handle technical communication about test environments, test data and test tools.
• Identify, report and track incidents or defects and communicate with the team.
• Identify, collect, and provide the test automation results and metrics.

Basic Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or Information Technology related disciplines.
• High English skills on written and verbal communication to build a trusting relationship with major project stakeholders.
• Demonstrate good attitude, ability to analyze requirements and must be detail oriented.
• Ability to identify risks, errors, or failures in software applications.
• Understanding of programming languages such as Python, Java, JavaScript, .NET, C++, etc.
