Senior IT Support Analyst

Location: Monterrey, Nuevo León, Mexico

Type: Full Time

Job Summary:

We are looking for a bright Senior IT Support to provide enterprise level technical support to all our internal costumers with an excellent attitude.

Requirements:

  • BS degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or equivalent.
  • Proven 4 + working experience in enterprise technical support.
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Excellent client-facing skills.
  • English Level : Intermediate - Advance

Experience working with:

  • Operating Systems: Windows, Windows Server, Linux, MacOS.
  • Microsoft azure cloud computing platform & services
  • Security (Firewalls, Antivirus, etc).
  • Preventive and corrective maintenance of computer equipment.
  • Management of Virtual Machine Tools
  • ITIL Framework knowledge
  • MS Active Directory Management
  • ISO 27001 knowledge

Responsibilities:

  • Technical Support Procedures
  • Contact and follow up with IT local vendors
  • Help Desk Ticket Management
  • Create procedure manuals
  • Backups Elaboration
  • Server Migration
  • Internal Customer Support
