Talent Acquisition Intern

Location: Monterrey, Nuevo león, Mexico

Type: Internship

Job Summary:

We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Intern to provide professional & proactive administrative support to the IPS Recruitment team and manage the first stages of our recruiting process. The intern will learn and support the lifecycle of talent acquisition: sourcing, review candidate applications, schedule interviews and provide feedback for decision making. Ultimately, he/she will proactively identify our hiring needs and help us fill our vacancies with qualified employees.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree Student in any major related to Human Resources or Administration, from 6th semester onwards
  • Fluency in Spanish and English
  • Excellent attention to details and customer service
  • Experience working with Google Suit is a plus

Responsibilities:

  • Support standard recruiting activity, including internal recruitment and a mix of external hires
  • Develop a strong working relationship with the Talent Acquisition Team through timely and accurate administration of recruitment processes, ensuring effective communication
  • Deliver exceptional candidate slates by using well proven, passive candidate recruitment methodologies
