Senior Process and Compliance Analyst

Location: Monterrey, Nuevo Leon, Mexico

Type: Full Time

Job Summary:

We are looking for a Process Analyst Engineer to execute the necessary to obtain the optimal exploitation of the systems or processes to be installed in the strategic areas of the company. The ideal candidate will work closely with business process leaders and control owners to identify solutions, improve work processes and strengthen controls. The candidate will facilitate and support the evaluation of internal control systems such as ISO 27001 and will also be responsible for executing the semi annual audits, audit programs and defining their scope and plan for the field work. The Process and Compliance Engineer will keep the data updated in different tools that the Process Area is in charge of and will support with the data analysis necessary to support the company's decision-making.


  • Document and develop the value maps in collaboration with different teams from different areas of the company
  • Support the implementation and documentation of process solutions and best practices.
  • Provide operations management reports on solutions for key metrics of the different areas/departments of the company.
  • Apply qualitative and quantitative methods for the analysis and interpretation of data and the follow up of corrective, preventive or improvement actions
  • Plan and complete the assigned audits in accordance with the ISO 27001 standard.
  • Collaborate regularly with external auditors ensuring adequate audit coverage, avoiding duplication of work.
  • Elaborate audit reports.


  • B.S in Systems Engineering, Industrial and Systems Engineering or similar.
  • 5 years of experience in the field of Software Development or IT Services.
  • Knowledge of the ISO 27001 reference framework - Information Security Management System or related.
  • Mastery and application of ISO 19011 - Guidelines for the audit of management systems.
  • Basic knowledge of BD, CMS.
  • Experience in handling data analysis tools such as: Qlik, R, PowerBI, Minitab, SAS, PSPP, among others.
  • Experience with the use of continuous improvement tools such as Lean Manufacturing, Kanban, Scrum, Balanced Scorecard, etc.
  • Excellent communication/writing skills: English as the preferred language.
