Senior IT Support Analyst

Location: Monterrey, Nuevo León, Mexico

Type: Full Time



Job Summary:

We are looking for a bright Senior IT Support Analyst to provide enterprise level technical support to all our internal customers with an excellent attitude.


  • BS degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or equivalent.
  • Proven 5+ years working experience in enterprise technical support.
  • Strong problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent client-facing skills.
  • Continuous improvement, Leadership, Quality and Processes abilities
  • English Level: Intermediate-Advance

Experience working with:

  • Knowledge of Microsoft Azure cloud computing platform, services and AWS
  • Working Operating Systems: Windows, Windows Server, Linux
  • Knowledge about SQL DataBase
  • Ticket Management Support from 1st to 3rd Level
  • Experience working with Git or Docker as Software Repository
  • Management of Virtual Machine Tools (VMware)
  • In-depth knowledge of multiple Linux distributions (Ubuntu, CentOS, Debian, etc.).
  • Some knowledge of shell scripting required.
  • Proactively maintain and develop all Linux infrastructure technology (Install from scratch, upgrades, patches and hot-fixes).
  • Core system administration tasks such as sizing, managing services, logs, file permissions and ACL.
  • Experience working with SSL Certificates
  • Knowledge of ISO 27001 normativity
  • Virtualization technologies (Vmware & hyper V) is a plus
  • Experience with Panda 360 or WatchGuard is a plus
  • ITIL Framework knowledge is a plus


  • Monitoring and management of cloud backups (Veeam software)
  • Monitoring and revision of SAN (Storage Area Network) for Virtual Machines
  • Monitoring, management and maintenance of Linux servers
  • Ticket Management Support from 1st to 3rd Level vía Atlassian software
  • Scripting for automation in the cloud (AWS, Azure)
  • Resources management in AWS and Azure
  • Maintenance of code repositories (Git / Docker) from the administrator console
  • Ensuring compliance with ISO 27000 in all corresponding IT processes
  • Technical Support Procedures
