Senior IT Support Analyst

Location: Monterrey, Nuevo Leon, Mexico

Type: Full Time

Job Summary:

We are looking for a bright Senior IT Support to provide enterprise level technical support to all our internal costumers with an excellent attitude.


  • BS degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or equivalent.
  • Proven 6+ years working experience in enterprise technical support.
  • Strong problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent client-facing skills.
  • English Level : Intermediate-Advance

Experience working with:

  • Preventive and corrective maintenance of computer equipment.
  • Working Operating Systems: Windows, Windows Server, Linux, macOS.
  • Management of Virtual Machine Tools (VMware)
  • MS Active Directory Management.
  • Security (Firewalls, Antivirus, etc).
  • Microsoft Azure cloud computing platform & services
  • ISO 27001 and ITIL Framework knowledge is a plus.


  • Technical Support Procedures
  • Contact and follow up with IT local vendors
  • Help Desk Ticket Management
  • Create procedure manuals
  • Backups Elaboration
  • Server Migration
  • Internal Customer Support
